Fort Barrancas has a very small but excellent (and gloriously air-conditioned!!) Visitor's Center/gift shop...but we'll take a look inside at the end of this visit. Out front is a pleasing collection of artillery, along with a bunch of signage: Defending Pensacola Bay, Fort Barrancas Area, Gulf Island National Seashore, Muzzle Loading Artillery and Third System Forts.
